Most of us often believe that stress is akin to tension. But I think these are different entities. If you put it plainly, “stress is a worry.” On the other hand, Tention is more chronic.
Let us keep calm and recollect our thoughts. And have a moment of silence for the people who are stressed. This worrisome attitude is real.
And we all have to face it in some form or the other.
